We use some metrics on employee satisfaction and few others. We regularly measure the satisfaction of our clients, suppliers and employees. We use metrics to track the well-being of each stakeholder, and these metrics are monitored at the highest levels within the company. We measure longterm impact for all our stakeholders making sure we are fullfilling our higher purpose. 16. Stakeholder relations Our employees and suppliers are happy as long as we pay them. We regularly talk to our clients and suppliers on an operational level to improve our services. We perform annual talks to develop our employees. We talk to our clients, suppliers and employees in order to improve our relationship beyond what we need of them. We routinely engage stakeholders in dialogue and give them a voice in the company's direction. In each company meeting we have a spare seat available for the community / environment in order to consider their needs too. 17. Negotiation For every winner, there is a loser. We always look for the best deals we can achieve. We bargain to get the best result for our company and we live up to our agreements. It is the other party's responsibility to take care of themselves. The other side should benefit too because that gives us fewer issues later on. We strive for a solution where we both win equally, making each other successful in the long run. We recognise the interdependence of all our stakeholders, including our community and the environment. We only thrive when they do too. 18. Environment For the environment we stick to the law. We take some actions like monitoring our energy usage/ have a recycling program. It reduces our cost and helps our public image. We use green energy wherever possible and have set up targets to reduce energy, water and waste impact or other programs. We are reaching our target impact levels and are now looking to become carbon neutral. Our commitment to the environment goes beyond carbon neutrality. We seek to contribute to regeneration. 19. Investors/ owners Our investors/ owners seek to maximise their value growth and expect short term results. Our investors/ owners actively support the management, to satisfy clients and employees to maximise profit fast. Our investors/ owners have a long term view on how to achieve profitability while taking other stakeholders into account. Our investors/ owners find caring for all other stakeholders important and actively support management in this regard. The interests of our investors/ owners go beyond making a good return; they support us in fulfilling our purpose to have a positive impact. 20. Community Community is the place where we are based. We score our suppliers on many aspects and tend to have long term relationships. We invest in long term relationships with our suppliers and co-create with them.
